I'm a strategist and consultant working at the intersection of AI transformation, creative organizations, and operational change. After years inside top agencies and innovation teams, I saw a pattern: leaders were excited about Generative AI, but stuck when it came to integrating it into real workflows.

Prompt Thinking is my response to that gap. A publication for people navigating the messy middle of GenAI adoption. Not the early hype, not the long-term vision, but the here-and-now of rewiring how work actually happens. It's for teams trying to build creative leverage, not just automation. It's for leaders rethinking culture and process, not just tooling up.

Here, we won’t be printing out prompt libraries, chasing the latest news cycle, or doing shiny demos. We will focus on how to make AI useful, usable, and transformative across the individuals, teams, and systems we already rely on. Each post explores a specific facet of that challenge: how to think with GenAI, how to lead with it, and how to build workflows that don’t just bolt it on, but build around it.
